【摘要】 电子胎儿监护是对胎儿宫内发育和安危状况评价的有效方法,胎心宫缩图判读是最广泛使用的胎儿监护方法之一。临床上胎心宫缩图一直依靠人工判读,普遍存在准确性与一致性不理想等问题。为此,本文基于临床广泛采用的评分法,设计了基于PC的胎心宫缩图计算机辅助分析系统,实现胎心宫缩图的特征参数的自动分析和胎儿状况的自动评分功能;并基于胎心率宫缩图的评分结果,实现妊娠期胎儿管理。通过大样本临床验证,系统评分结果与产科专家的人工评分结果具有较好的一致性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Electronic fetal surveillance is an effective method to evaluate fetal well-being in uterus,analyzing cardiotocography is one of the most widely used methods for fetal surveillancing.The clinical method to analyze the cardiotocography is artificial analysis,and its accuracy and consistency is not good.Therefor,we develop a computerized-aided analysis system for CTG on PC,based on scoring analysis which is widely used in the clinical monitoring,achieve to analyze the basic parameters and score automatically and pregnancy management.A large number of clinical tests have proved that the scoring of system has good consistency with artificial scoring by clinicians.更多还原
