基于VXI弹箭静态多参数测量系统软件设计

【摘要】 为了提高对弹箭静态参数的测量精度和效率,并实现测量数据的自动计算和保存,本文详细介绍了一套基于VXI技术的弹箭静态多参数测量系统软件的设计。该系统软件采用VXI总线实现多串口通信,对底层测量仪器(光栅尺、压力传感器、脉冲计数器)的测量数据进行采集,并对底层运动部件进行控制,同时将所得的数据在计算机上进行处理计算,从而快速、准确地得到弹箭的各种静态参数,并将得到的测量结果进行保存,方便后期的查询归档。给定的试验表明,应用该系统软件测量同型弹箭的时间比传统测量方法大大缩短,测量精度也大幅提高。系统基于标准化的软件操作环境,功能强大,操作简便,运行稳定,具有极大的应用价值和开发前景。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the measuring accuracy and efficiency of projectiles’ static parameters, and to calculate and save the measured result automatically, it is introduced in detail that the design of a software system for measuring projectiles ’ static multi- parameter based on VXI in the paper. VXI-bus was adopted to realize multi-serial opening communication and to collect measured data from the underlying instrument such as grating ruler, pressure sensors, pulse counters and to control the underlying moving parts. All collected data were disposed and calculated by computer and the various static parameters of projectiles were obtained quickly and accurately, all measured results were saved for the later filing and querying. The given tests showed that the measuring time was greatly reduced and the measuring accuracy was substantial increased when the software system was applied to measure the same projectiles, The function of software system based on standardized software operating environment is power, operation is easy, running is steady and it has extensive appliance and exploition foreground.
