【摘要】 本文在介绍了超细粉煤灰制备工艺流程,以及对系统功能分析的基础上,以研华的ADAM5000数据采集模块为下位机和以组态王为上位机,设计了超细粉煤灰制备过程在线监控系统。详细对该系统的硬件设计原理及其选型配置,数据监控和采集软件的组态功能进行了阐述。通过实际现场调试结果表明,该控制系统完全达到该制备过程的自动化要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduce utra-fine fly preparation production -line,and analyze foundation of the system。 Advantech’s ADAM5000 data acquisition module for Under-bit machine and Kingview for PC,successful designed the Monitor and Control System for Utra-fine Fly Preparation。 Describe the system hardware design principle and selection configuration,data monitoring and collection of software configuration features。 Running through the actual scene showed that the control system is fully prepared to meet the requirements of process automation.更多还原
