【摘要】 在2009年5月举行的第十一届全运会体操比赛中,传统体操强队的湖北男队未能进入决赛.以此为切入点,对湖北省竞技体操后备人才培养的现状进行了探讨与分析.从中发现,湖北体操项目发展过程中存在着少儿梯队断层明显、不同地区竞技水平差距较大、人才流失现象严重、教练员结构单一等问题.针对现状提出了相应的改革建议,如:抓紧建立完善的后备人才培养体系、加强基层教练员队伍建设、完善和优化训练条件以及设立决策协调议事机构等.更多还原

【Abstract】 In the 11 th National Games in May 2009,men’s gymnastics team of Hubei Province, which was considered as a traditional strong team,did not get through to the final.Based on this fact,discusses and analyses the current situation of reserve personnel for artistic gymnastics in Hubei province and reveals the problems,such as lack of continuity in junior teams’development;gap of development between different regions;huge drain of talent in recent years;single composition of coaches etc..Recommendations and reforms are also presented respectively,such as a system of training reserve personnel should be built urgently;coached at the grass-roots level should be developed;training conditions should be improved;decision-making body as well as consultant and coordinating body should be built up,etc..更多还原
