潜艇平台大变形的控制研究
Analysis of Large Deformation Control Technology for Platform Structure in Submarine
【摘要】 对潜艇平台进行结构简化,并对其稳定性进行计算,分析潜艇内部平台结构产生大变形的原因,借助Ansys有限元分析软件,通过改变平台结构的相关参数进行计算分析,比较各参数对平台变形的影响,提出控制平台结构大变形的方法和措施,确保平台变形量在允许的10 mm内,以保证安装在其上管路的安全性。
【Abstract】 The reason of large deformation of submarine’s internal platform structure was analyzed.The deformation of the platform structure was calculated in Ansys with different structural parameters.Through the comparation of the numerical results,some reasonable measures to control the large deformation were summarized in order to assure that the deformation is less than 10mm to ensure the safety of the pipe-system.
