【摘要】 为进行离心泵性能试验测试和汽蚀试验测试,利用LabVIEW开发平台研制基于虚拟仪器的船用离心泵性能试验测试系统。介绍测试系统的硬件组成及模块功能,根据离心泵性能试验所采集的数据,运用LabVIEW中所提供的最小二乘法曲线拟合模块,对转换后的数据进行曲线拟合,结果表明,该系统在试验过程中运行稳定,操作方便,维护简单,可靠性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 With LabVIEW exploitation platform,the performance test system for marine centrifugal pump based on virtual instrument was developed.The performance of marine centrifugal pump can be tested by this system.The hardware composition and function of the test system was presented in detail.According to the centrifugal pump performance test data,using the curve fitting module of least-square method provided by LabVIEW,the converted data was curve fitted.The actual experience showed that the system runs stability and can be operated and maintained easily.更多还原
