废润滑油再生技术与研究进展
Waste lubricating oil regeneration technology and research progress
【摘要】 按照废油再生技术发展的先后顺序,将废油再生工艺统筹划分为酸—白土工艺法、蒸馏—白土工艺法以及蒸馏—加氢工艺法,并对其发展状况进行了概述,对各种类型工艺方法的优缺点进行了说明。重点阐述了废润滑油再生技术的新进展——分类再生添加剂方法的基本原则以及预研结果。四球摩擦试验机的试验结果表明分类再生添加剂方法可以使废润滑油摩擦学性能达到甚至超过新油
【Abstract】 Waste oil recycling tecnhology in accordance with the order can be divided generally into acid-clay craft,distillation-clay craft laws and distillation-hydrogenation of law.Its development is outlined on the various types of process method to describe their advantages and disadvantages.Focused on waste lubricating oil recycling technology process-Classification regeneration additive method,and its basic principles and preliminary research results are introduced mainly.Four-ball friction tester results show that the tribological properties of waste lubricating oil recycled by the classification regeneration additive method can reach or exceed the new oil’s.
