【Abstract】 It is an important index to measure the X-efficiency of commercial bank.However,the outcome is vulnerable to the effects by environmental factors,random error etc.when applying the DEA model.Therefore,taking the Wuhan Branch of Industrial Bank as an example,it adopts the three-stage DEA model to study the X-efficiency of commercial bank’s branches and offers advices to improve the performance and competitiveness.更多还原
