装配过盈量对钢质车轮径向疲劳寿命的研究
Study on the Effects of Assembly Shrink Range on the Radial Fatigue Life of Steel Wheel
【摘要】 装配过盈量对钢质车轮的性能有着重要的影响。采用静态隐式有限元分析方法和疲劳寿命分析方法,对钢质车轮轮辋和轮辐进行疲劳寿命分析。通过对采样节点的应力云图的分析和疲劳寿命的数值统计,得到过盈量对钢质车轮强度影响分布规律和疲劳寿命影响的曲线,进而完成钢质车轮强度和疲劳寿命的有限元分析,有限元分析的结果对钢质车轮的设计和生产具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Shrink range has an important impact on the performance of steel wheel.In this paper,using the static implicit method of finite element analysis and fatigue life analysis method,we analyzed the fatigue life of the main components of steel wheel: rim and spoke.Through analyzing the stress nephogram of sampling nodes and numerical statistics of fatigue life,the distribution of shrink range effects on the strength of steel wheel and curve of the fatigue life were obtained.From the research,finite element analysis on the strength and fatigue life of the steel wheel was accomplished.The result is important for the design and production of steel wheel.
