丁基黄药生物降解性的试验研究

【摘要】 借鉴表面活性剂的生物降解性评价标准,采用摇床培养试验法研究了丁基黄药的生物降解特性。研究表明:高浓度的丁基黄药难被微生物降解,并对微生物有一定的抑制作用,而低浓度的丁基黄药很容易被微生物降解。在接种物浓度为1 g/L,丁基黄药浓度为600 mg/L条件下,微生物需要长达9 d的适应过程;在丁基黄药浓度为100 mg/L时,微生物经过3 d的适应后,黄药的降解明显加快,第9 d的降解率即达到80.69%;而降低丁基黄药浓度至10 mg/L时,丁基黄药在第6 d就可以完全降解。实验还表明,接种物浓度对黄药生物降解性的影响没有黄药浓度的影响显著。最后初步探讨了丁基黄药的生物降解机理。

【Abstract】 The biodegradability of butyl xanthate has been investigated by shaking-bottle incubating test according to the testing standard for biodegradability of surfactants.The result indicates that: high concentration of butyl xanthate is difficult to be degraded,and to some extent microorganisms are restrained,while low concentration of butyl xanthate could be degraded easily.Under the conditions of the concentration of inoculums of 1 g/L,the concentration of butyl xanthate of 600 mg/L,microorganisms need a 9 d process of adaptation.At the concentration of 100 mg/L,butyl xanthate is degraded evidently faster after 3 d adaptation and its degrade rate attains 80.69% in 9 d.While reducing the concentration of butyl xanthate to 10 mg/L,the butyl xanthate could be fully degraded in 6 d.The influence of the concentration of inoculums on the degradability of xanthate is not as significant as the concentration of xanthate.Finally,the biodegradation mechanism of xanthate is preliminarily explored.
