基于无线的温度测控组态系统的设计
Design of Temperature Measurement Configuration System Based on Wireless Technology
【摘要】 介绍了一种基于无线的高压线温度测控系统,详细说明了其中的软硬件设计方法。设计采用无线传输的方式,通过ModBus总线连接上位机,并通过组态软件设计了组态系统。在上位PC机上实现了对所有室外探头的全天候监控,很大程度上方便了对温度的检测,避免了室外恶劣环境下操作的危险,具有很好的实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 This article introduces a temperature test and control system of highvoltage line,and specify its design methods of software and hardware in detail. A wireless transfer method is used and the sensors is connected to the position machine by ModBus,then the configuration system is designed using configuration software.All the probe heads outdoor are monitored by the position machine which is to a great extent facilitated to the temperature testing.The dangerous operation under the outdoor adverse circumstance are avoided.
