种植体-基台-修复体系统力学分析及疲劳寿命测定
Mechanical Analysis and Measurement of Fatique Cyclic Life of Implant-abutment-crown System
【摘要】 探讨种植体-基台-修复体系统中各部件的受力状况及其疲劳寿命。按FDA的建议和标准建立力学实验模型并简化为数学几何图形,依据几何图形对直基台单冠种植修复系统各部件(固位螺丝、基台螺丝、种植体)受力状况进行理论分析。在计算机控制下,用Instron8511.20型多功能材料测试机测定样本的疲劳寿命,并测量实验前后基台螺丝的长度,计算伸长量。在各参数相同时,直基台单冠种植修复方式的固位螺丝、基台螺丝、种植体所受扭力依次增加。预应力(20 N.cm)设置72 h后及试验完成后,基台螺丝伸长量分别为(11.5±0.99)μm和(76.3±5.38)μm。疲劳寿命平均为(15.3×106±1.99×106)次,种植义齿受力后,种植体所受扭力最大,基台螺丝在力的作用下会伸长,从而造成义齿部件松动。
【Abstract】 To make a comparative evaluation of torque and cyclic loading at different components of single-tooth implant replacement with different superstructure designs.Mechanical study modle and Mathematic modle were established.The percentage of torque changes at retaining screw,abutment screw and implant were analyzed for straight abutment with straight crown implant prosthesis design,and the fatique cyclic life were measured by the Instron 8511.20 material test machine which was controlled by computer.The abutments screw elongation were measured at before and after test.By the geometric and mathmatic figures,the torque(moment) produced at retaining screw,abutment screw and implant increased in each system design.Screw loosing occurred with the cycles increasing.The fatique life of straight abutment were 15.3×106±1.99×106 cycles,Elongation of the abutment screw after 72 h applied the manufacturer’s recommended tightening torque were 11.5 μm,and it was 76.3 μm at the end of test.Statistical analysis showed that the difference was significant.The torque produced at retaining screw,abutment screw and implant increased in each system design.Elongation of the abutment screw increased after fatique torque applied.And the superstructure of implant dentures were loosen.
