开级配大粒径沥青混合料路用性能研究

【摘要】 为了分析开级配大粒径沥青混合料的路用性能及其影响因素,通过车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验和弯曲试验的方法,研究了不同集料级配、沥青用量等条件下OLSM的高温稳定性、水稳定性和低温抗裂性。研究表明:当沥青用量不超过最佳油石比的+0.5%时,OLSM具有良好的高温稳定性;OLSM的水稳定性能良好,随着空隙率的增大其水稳定性降低;OLSM低温抗裂性能优于密级配大粒径沥青混合料,随着空隙率的增大其低温抗裂性提高。

【Abstract】 Based on results of rutting test,immersion marshall test and bending test,the paper evaluates the pavement performance of Open-graded Large Stone Asphalt Mixes(OLSM),and analyzes the effects of gradation and asphalt content on the pavement performance.Research shows that: when the asphalt content is no more than +0.5% of the optimum asphalt content,the high temperature stability of OLSM is excellent;the water stability of OLSM is well,and its resistance to water decreases with porosity increasing;and it has a better performance for preventing cracks under low temperature than dense-graded Large Stone Asphalt Mixes,and with its porosity increasing,the performance of it will enhance.
