Ce3+和Yb3+对Er3+掺杂铋镓铅锗玻璃光谱性质影响
Influence of Yb3+ and Ce3+ on the Spectroscopic Properties of Er3+-doped Bi2O3-Ga2O3-PbO-GeO2 Glass
【摘要】 研究了掺杂Ce3+和Yb3+对Er3+掺杂20Bi2O3-15Ga2O3-45PbO-20GeO2玻璃1.5μm波段荧光和可见上转换发光性能的影响,分析了Ce3+、Yb3+离子和Er3+离子间的能量传递过程。结果表明:Yb3+离子掺杂在提高Er3+离子1.5μm波段荧光强度的同时,也显著增强了可见上转换红、绿光发射强度。在Yb3+/Er3+共掺杂玻璃中引入Ce3+离子,有效抑制了可见上转换发光,进一步增强了Er3+离子1.5μm波段荧光。
【Abstract】 The influence of the incorporation of Ce3+ and Yb3+ into Er3+-doped Bi2O3-Ga2O3-PbO-GeO2(BGPG)glass on the 1.5 μm band and upconversion luminescence of Er3+,and the possible energy transfer mechanism involved have been investigated in this article.It is found that codoping of Yb3+ improves not only the 1.5 μm fluorescence,but it also enhances the upconversion red and green fluores cence intensity of Er3+ ion.The introduction of Ce3+ into Er3+/Yb3+-codoped glass samples effectively reduces the upconversion emission and furthermore improves the 1.5 μm fluorescence intensity of Er3+ ion.
