【摘要】 从数据模型和可视化角度,介绍了三维地籍从提出到现在十年来的国内外研究现状,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Three-dimension land use is an inevitable choice of scarce land resource.The research of 3D cadastre management and correlative technology is an consequential result of spatial pluralism on land use.Data model is the foundation of spatial data modeling of 3D cadastre,and influence the capability of 3D cadastre system.3D Visualization can improve people’s ability of spatial perceptiveness and understandering of 3D cadastre.3D Visualization is very important for expressing,managing,and analysing of 3D cadastre spatial rights.The progress of 3D cadastre research in the past ten years is reviewed from the aspects of data model and visualization.Finally,the prospect of 3D cadastre research is put forward.
