井下电动铲运机早期故障的铁谱研究
Spectrum Research on Incipient Fault of Underground Electric-Powered Scraper
【摘要】 油样铁谱监测技术对于各种摩擦故障的诊断十分敏感,它能准确地检测出系统中一些不正常磨损的轻微征兆。针对程潮铁矿井下电动铲运机的工作系统、传动系统、转向系统、制动系统等主要磨损部位,确定取样位置和周期,进行谱片的制做和分析,从而获得电动铲运机的磨损信息,以发现早期故障并及时处理,保障了电动铲运机高效安全运行。
【Abstract】 Oil discharge monitoring of the spectrum technology,sensitive in the diagnosis of friction breakdown,can accurately detect minor symptoms of abnormal wears in the system. The decision of sampling position and periods and the making and analysis of spectrum foil of the main wear location of work system,driving system,steering system and brake system of the underground electric-powered scraper in Chengchao Mine obtains wear and tear information of the scraper,discovers initial failures for early treatment and safeguard the safe operation of the scraper.
