【Abstract】 A new testing process in the experiment has produced 0.23mmHIB.The difference between the obtained hot-rolled plate structure with the technique of decarburization in normalizing annealing and general HIB normalized structure is described,and the influence of different pre-decarburization process on pre-decarburized content when hot-rolled plate is plate-rolled is emphasized.更多还原
