【摘要】 三螺旋理论讨论了在知识生产与转化的不同阶段,大学、产业与政府等创新主体相互联结在一起,形成三种力量既相互影响又螺旋上升的三螺旋模型关系,其中又包含宏观与微观层面上的两种循环。创业型大学是大学—产业—政府三螺旋关系发展的推进器。强有力的领导核心、拓宽的发展型单位、多样化的资金来源、激活的学术中心、整合的创业文化等五个典型要素在欧洲创业型大学的组织转型过程中发挥了不同的促进作用。三螺旋理论与欧洲创业型大学的实践为我国大学的组织转型提供了有益的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theory of triple helix discusses that at different stages of knowledge production and transformation,the innovation subjects,namely university,industry and government,join together and form the triple helix model in which the three strands influence each other and rise spirally as well,among which there are two kinds of circulation on macro and micro levels.The entrepreneurial university is the promoting device of the triple helix relations among university,industry and government.Five typical key elements,including a strengthened steering core,an enhanced development periphery,a diversified funding base,a stimulated academic heartland,and integrated entrepreneurial culture,have played different promoting roles in the course of the organizational transformation of European entrepreneurial universities.The theory of triple helix and the practice of the European entrepreneurial universities provide beneficial inspiration for the organizational transformation of Chinese universities.更多还原
