【Abstract】 The basic conception concerning scientific use of the energy source in the construction of the new iron & steel base of 10 million ton scale is put forward and in the meanwhile strengthening the energy source technology design and research as well as the scientific management and research work of the energy source are proposed.The above-mentioned conception and proposals are of great significance in guiding the energy savings in the aspects of the processes and technologies of the iron & steel proper,the energy source and media system,the general plan logistics optimization and comprehensive utilization of resources.By reduction of carbon emissions and improvement in the efficiencies of energy source utilization and conversion the comprehensive competitiveness of the newly built iron & steel base can be prominently raised.更多还原
