再生铝镁碳砖的研制

【摘要】 在系统研究用后铝镁碳残砖基本性能的基础上,确立用后残砖的回收处理工艺及再生原料的制备工艺,并以此再生料为主要原料,进行再生铝镁碳砖的研制。分析再生料加入量对再生铝镁碳砖性能的影响,结果发现:用后的铝镁碳残砖采用合适的处理工艺,制备出的再生原料可以做成定型制品加以再利用,具有良好的工业前景。

【Abstract】 On the basis of systematical analysis on the essential properties of the the damaged Al-Mg carbon bricks the reclamation process of the damaged bricks as well as the the reused materials preparation process are determined and thereupon the manufacture of the Al-Mg carbon bricks using the re-used stuff as the raw materials is researched and developed. The effect of the amount of the reused stuff on the properties of the reclaimed Al-Mg carbon bricks is studied as well. Results show that by adopting appropriate material preparation process for the damaged bricks the reclaimed Al-Mg carbon bricks using the damaged Al-Mg carbon bricks as the raw materials has a very prosperous foreground.
