铝锆碳水口在浇注钙处理钢堵塞的原因分析

【摘要】 对生产中被堵塞的铝锆碳质浸入式水口分析表明,堵塞物质为六铝酸钙。该物质为水口内壁处的原位反应产物,其中水口内壁的刚玉骨料和细粉提供了六铝酸钙的氧化铝组分,钢液携带的钙提供了氧化钙组分。LF处理后添加的钙合金数量不当,导致夹杂物类型失控,是引起水口材料被侵蚀并造成堵塞的主要原因。

【Abstract】 Analysis on the blockage of the Al2O3-ZrO2-C submerged nozzle used in the practical production shows that the compound that blocks the nozzle is determined to be CaO ·6Al2O3 and the substance is the product of reaction formed in the inner wall of the nozzle,in which the constituent of Al2O3 arises from corundum aggregate and fine powder located at the inner layer of nozzle and the CaO originates from Ca bearing in the molten steel.The inappropriate amount of calcium-alloy added after LF treatment leading to the loss of control on the types of inclusions is the primary cause to the erosion of the materials of the submerged nozzle,thus causing the blockage of nozzle.
