【摘要】 在980nm激发下,研究了Er3+、Yb3+和Tb3+单掺或共掺氟氧锗酸盐玻璃的上转换发光性质和机理.室温下,观察到了强的绿色和红色上转换发光,其发光中心位于524、546和658nm处,分别对应于Tb3+离子的5D4→7FJ(J=5和0)和Er3+离子的(2H11/2、4S3/2和4F9/2)→4I15/2跃迁.研究了TbF3、YbF3掺杂浓度以及激光功率对上转换发光强度的影响,讨论了Er3+、Yb3+和Tb3+之间的能量传递和上转换机理.

【Abstract】 Up-conversion luminescence properties and energy-transfer processes in Er3+,Yb3+ and Tb3+ single doped or co-doped oxyfluorogermanate glasses were studied under 980nm laser excitation.Green and red up-conversion emissions around 524,546 and 658nm which can be assigned to the Tb3+∶5D4→7FJ(J=5 and 0) and Er3+∶(2H11/2,4S3/2 and 4F9/2)→4I15/2 transitions,respectively,were strongly observed at room temperature.Up-conversion luminescence intensity depended on the YbF3,TbF3 concentration and excitation power density.The energy transfer processes among Er3+,Yb3+ and Tb3+,and up-conversion mechanisms were discussed.
