【Abstract】 The community healthcare in Shihezi of Xinjiang develops under the mode that government is as a main sponsor. The healthcare system provides low cost basic medical care service and free public healthcare service to the residents by relying on technical support from large comprehensive hospitals, establishing mechanism which community residents can be covered by medical care insurances.
