【摘要】 文章通过对建国以来3次促进农村医疗服务分流的措施及其实施效果进行分析,指出农村医疗服务分流难以实现的原因在于措施治标不治本,以及措施缺乏系统性和可持续性,提出在建设基本医疗卫生服务体系的要求下实现农村医疗服务分流的根本措施和亟待解决的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the measures and effect of distributing medical services in rural areas since liberation, the article showed that the object of distribution had not been achieved and the reasons including the measure were palliative, not systematic and sustainable. The article proposed several problems need be solved under the requirement of building basic medical and health service system.更多还原
