基于双PWM的瓦楞纸板横切机控制系统设计
Design of the Corrugated Cardboard Crosscut Machine’s Controlled System Based on Dual-PWM
【摘要】 针对国内瓦楞纸板横切机生产线生产效率低、剪损大、电网谐波污染严重的缺点,通过分析瓦楞纸板横切机生产工艺及要求,提出了基于双PWM驱动的永磁同步电机控制系统设计方案。该文详细阐述了横切机控制系统的构成和设计原理。该控制系统具有自动化程度高,剪切精度高,高功率因数、低谐波污染的特点。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the shortcoming of the corrugated cardboard production line,the paper presented a high performance controlled system based on dual-PWM and permanent magnet synchronous servo motor by analyzing the feature of corrugated cardboard’s production technology.The characteristic of its structure and technique were explained in detail.As a result,the system has many merits such as high degree of automation,high precision of shear,high power factor,low harmonic pollution and energy reversible.
