【摘要】 目的探讨前列腺增生症应用等离子体切割系统经尿道行前列腺剜除术的方法及疗效。方法应用Gyrus等离子体切割系统(gyrus-plasmak inetic system,Gyrus-PKS)和电切镜,经尿道剜除前列腺,治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)病人共300例;并对患者术前、术后国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、最大尿流率及残余尿量进行比较。结果 300例手术顺利,未发生电切综合征和膀胱穿孔等并发症;全部病人术后均排尿通畅、尿控良好。结论经尿道等离子体前列腺剜除术(PKEP)治疗BPH具有安全、有效、并发症少、近期疗效确切等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the operative method and efficacy of transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of the prostate(PKEP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods All of 300 cases of BPH were treated by transurethral enucleation prostate using Gyrus plasmakinetic dissection system and resectoscope.The indices such as IPSS,QOL,Qmax and residual urine volume before and after the operation were monitored and analyzed.Result All of 300 patients underwent the operation successfully.No complication like TURS and bladder rupture occurred.All patients discharged successfully,and passed their water comfortably with perfect control.Conclusion The PKEP has advantages of high safety,less complication and satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of BPH.更多还原
