【Abstract】 Windows Socket is a network programming interface.This paper introduced the mechanism of communications based on Socket API,and designed a chat system based on Java Socket.This system implemented public chatting and private chatting,and allowed several servers be on the network.The client connected with compatible server and joined chatting according to the IP of server inputted.In the mean time,all clients’ information on line was displayed on the servers,and all messages of clients’ login or exit were displayed also.更多还原
