【摘要】 为了探讨十二指肠乳头旁憩室综合征的临床特点,本文对我院确诊的46例Lemmel综合征的临床资料作一回顾性分析。结果显示Lemmel综合征患者多以反复发热、腹痛、胆管炎、胆囊炎、胰腺炎、胆系结石并感染而入院。提示我们对于反复发作的发热、腹痛、胆管炎、胆囊炎、胰腺炎尤其B超或CT未发现胆系结石时应想到Lemmel综合征的可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study clinical characteristics of juxtapapillary duodenal diverticula,clinical data of forty-six patients with juxtapapillary duodenal diverticula were studied retrospectively.Forty-six cases with lemmel syndrome were hospitalized because of abdominal pain,fever,cholangitis,cholecystitis,pancreatitis or cholelithiasis complicated with infection again and again.The result shows that it is indicative of lemmel syndrome that cholangitis,cholecystitis,pancreatitis or cholelithiasis complicated with infection take place once more while gallstone or bile duct stone is not found through ultrasound or CT.更多还原
