【摘要】 [目的]利用斑贴试验探讨湿疹和接触性皮炎患者变应原阳性情况。[方法]对湿疹、接触性皮炎及正常人进行斑贴试验,并对患者进行中西医结合治疗,对结果进行对照分析。[结果]湿疹患者的变应原阳性率为79.25%,接触性皮炎患者的变应原阳性率为90.25%,正常对照组的变应原阳性率为12.5%。湿疹、接触性皮炎患者及正常人比较,变应原阳性率差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]接触性皮炎患者较易找到变应原,去除变应原并经中西医结合治疗易于痊愈,而湿疹患者变应原复杂多样,日常生活中需积极查找其他变应原。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the allergen-positive condition in patients with eczema and contact dermatitis using patch test.[Methods] Patch test was carried out in patients with eczema and contact dermatitis and health adult.A combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine was finished and a cross-check analysis was performed in patients with eczema and contact dermatitis.[Results] The allergen-positive rate in eczema patients was 79.25% and that of contact dermatitis patients was 90.25% with 12.5% in health adult.There was an obvious difference on allergenpositive rate between patients with eczema or contact dermatitis and health adult(P<0.01).[Conclu-sion] The patients with eczema and contact dermatitis was easily treated by removing out the allergen and treating with integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.更多还原
