【摘要】 伴随着工业社会的来临,科学技术的不断发展,人类已经进入了现代化发展阶段,休闲已经成为人类社会的重要特征。本文运用社会学、文化学的知识和方法,从休闲背景出发分析了民族传统体育的休闲价值,认为民族传统体育作为一种诉说世世代代各族人民的生活、习俗、智慧和追求的独特身体文化语言,经过几千年的继承与发展,已经发展成为集强身养心、繁荣经济、促进社会和谐、体现中国传统文化浓郁人文精神等多种价值为一体的体育活动,其本身具有的"休闲"特征,更使其成为满足休闲时代人们需求的休闲体育活动生力军。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the arrival of the industrial society and the development of science and technology,the mankind has entered the stage of modernization.Leisure became an important feature of human society.What kind of recreational sports to chose has already become an urgent problem.Based on the leisure background,knowledge and methods of sociology and cultural are used to analysias the recreation value of traditional sports,in the paper,we hold the idea that as a reflection of the life of generations of all nationalities,after thousands of years’ succession and development,traditional national sports has developed into a sport which has multiple functions such as:physical cultivation,prosperous economy,promote social harmony,reflects the strong humanistic spirit of traditional Chinese culture,therefore,it’s "leisure" branding makes it meet the leisure needs of leisure and sports activities for people to relax.更多还原
