太阳能辅助反渗透水处理实验研究
REVERSE OSMOSIS WATERTREATMENT EMPLOYING SOLAR ENERGY
【摘要】 设计了由原水预处理系统、太阳集热器、保温水箱、温度控制系统、高压水泵和反渗透膜组件(TW30-4040型)构成的太阳能反渗透水处理实验装置。实验研究了利用清洁、经济的太阳能提高进水温度后反渗透膜的产水量和水质变化。结果表明,在压力为0.9MPa,将水温从18℃提高到38℃,产水量从6.5L/min增加到8.8L/min,提高了35.5%,出水电导率从2.8μs/cm仅上升到3.1μs/cm,出水硬度仍能保持在0mmol/L,可满足中低压锅炉补给水的水质要求;在保持产水量为8L/min的条件下,将进水水温从18℃提高到38℃,可将反渗透运行压力从1.18MPa降至0.8MPa,操作压力下降了32.2%,动力消耗可相应降低32.2%。这表明利用太阳能降低反渗透运行压力,具有节能减排效益和提高设备运行的安全性和可靠性的优点,可广泛应用于水的软化除盐、海水淡化以及污水的深度处理。
【Abstract】 Reverse osmosis employing solar energy was designed,which composed of pre-treatment process,solar ene heater,water tank,temperature control device,high pressure pump and reverse osmosis membranes(TW30-4040).P meation flux and permeation water quality as functions of temperature caused by solar energy heater were studied by periment.The results showed that the permeation flux increases 35.5%,from 6.5L/min to 8.8L/min if raw wafer heated from 18℃to 38℃by solar energy as the operation pressrue at 0.9MPa;the conductivity only increased fr 2.8μs/cm to 3.1μs/cm and hardness was 0mmol/L,meeting the water quality standard of middle or low pressure stea boiler.The operation pressure could drop by 32.2%,from 1.18MPa to 0.8MPa if the raw water was heated from 18 to 38℃as the permeation flux at 8L/min.Dropping operation pressure by solar energy,which could save power,cut vironmental pollutants,and improve operational safety and reliability,could be widely applied in water softening,des(?) nation of seawater,and deeply treatment of wastewater.
