串行流化床生物质气化制氢试验研究
EXPERIMENT STUDY ON HYDROGEN PRODUCTION IN INTERCONNECTED FLUIDIZED BEDS OF BIOMASS GASIFICATION
【摘要】 基于串行流化床生物质气化技术,以水蒸气为气化剂,在串行流化床试验装置上进行生物质气化制氢的试验研究,考察了气化反应器温度、水蒸气/生物质比率(S/B)对气化气成分、烟气成分和氢产率的影响。结果表明:在燃烧反应器内燃烧烟气不会串混至气化反应器,该气化技术能够稳定连续地从气化反应器获得不含N2的富氢燃气,氢浓度最高可达71.5%;气化反应器温度是影响制氢过程的重要因素,随着温度的升高,气化气中H2浓度不断降低,CO浓度显著上升,氢产率有所提高;S/B对气化气成分影响较小,随着S/B的增加,氢产率先升高而后降低,S/B的最优值为1.4。最高氢产率(60.3g H2/kg biomass)是在气化反应器温度为920℃,S/B为1.4的条件下获得的。
【Abstract】 Based on the gasification technology of interconnected fluidized beds,the biomass gasification experiments with steam were performed in interconnected fluidized beds for laboratory scale.The effects of gasifier temperature and steam/ biomass ratio(S/B) on the composition of product gas,the composition of flue gas and hydrogen yield were investigated. The results indicated that the flue gas of combustion and the product gas of gasification were never mixed,hydrogen-rich gas without N2 dilution could be obtained from the gasifier and the highest hydrogen concentration was 71.5%.The effect of gasifer temperature on the process of hydrogen production was an important factor.With the increase of gasifier temperature, H2 content decreased,and CO content increased evidently.The hydrogen yield increased rapidly with the increase of gasifier temperature.The steam/biomass ratio has a weak effect on the composition of product gas.There was an optimal value of steam/biomass ratio corresponding to maximal hydrogen yield.For the gasifier temperature of 820℃,hydrogen yield reached its maximum at the steam/biomass ratio of 1.4,and then decreased with the further increase of steam/ biomass ratio.The highest hydrogen yield:60.3g H2/kg biomass could be achieved at the gasifier temperature of 920℃, S/B of 1.4.
