Conconi测试心率偏离点评定赛艇运动员无氧阈的有效性研究
Research on Validity of the Conconi’s Heart Rate Deflection Point as a Determination of the Anaerobic Threshold in Rowing
【摘要】 目的:利用赛艇测功仪结合赛艇专项运动特点对Conconi测试进行设计和修改,以验证心率偏离点(HRDP)产生时稳定性和有效性评价Conconi测试是否可以作为评定赛艇运动员无氧阈的有效指标。方法:12名赛艇运动员在ConceptⅡ上进行递增负荷测试,每级负荷持续时间3min,初始强度为500m划2min时所对应的功率,递增负荷分别为500m划1min55s、1min50s、1min45s、1min40s和1min35s时所对应的功率,全程佩戴心率表,并在每级负荷间歇测定血乳酸,分析HRDP和IAT产生时的功率(P)、心率(HR)、血乳酸(BLA)和时间(T),并作相关分析。结果:1)在确定HRDP和IAT各参数指标时,发现均有两名受试对象无法判定拐点,缺失判定率均为16.7%,其中心率呈线性增加1名,向右上方偏离1名;2)HRDP和IAT产生时的功率值分别为335.8±16.6vs321.5±9.3(W),HRDP时的功率比IAT时的功率高了4.4%,二者呈显著相关(r=0.818,P<0.05);心率分别为176.3±10.6vs172.6±9.3(次/min),HRDP时的心率值比IAT时的心率值高2.1%,二者显示非常显著相关(r=0.877,P<0.01);而乳酸值既无差异性也无相关性。结论:以赛艇运动专项特点为基础的Conconi测试在评定赛艇运动员无氧阈功率和心率时具有一定得稳定性和有效性,Conconi测试可以作为一种检测赛艇运动员无氧阈的无创伤性测试方法。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to examine the reliability and validity of modified Conconi’s heart rate deflection point (HRDP) as a determination of the anaerobic threshold in rowing.Methods:Twelve rowers conduct incremental exercise test on ConceptⅡrowing ergometers,the duration of each stage was three minutes,the starting load was the power output of over 500m time two minutes,and the subsequent loads were corresponding to 1min55s,1min50s,1min45s,1min40s and1min35s.Results:1) There were both of two subjects displayed in HRDP and IAT,the percent of success discerning was 16.7%;2) The t-student test showed no significant statistical difference in both of power and heart rate,the associations found were highly significant.the P (W),HR (b/min) corresponding to the HRDP and IAT,as well as the associations between variables were respectively 335.8±16.6vs321.5±9.3 (r=0.818,P<0.05);176.3±10.6vs172.6±9.3 (r=0.877,P<0.01),but there was no significant statistical difference and association in blood lactate variable.Conclusion:It can be conclude that the HRDP and IAT product similar P,HR values,the modified Conconi test is a reliable and valid non-invasive method for determining the AT of elite rowers.
