【摘要】 采用文献资料、调查访问、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对湖南省竞技体育人才资源现状进行调查,发现我省高水平的竞技运动员、教练员和裁判员资源缺乏,低于全国平均水平,在年龄结构、学历状况等方面不合理。提出要对我省竞技体育人才资源进行体制改革,加强机制创新,创建优良的人才开发环境;加强高水平竞技运动员再教育、安置和保障机制的建设;促进竞技体育人才的交流与合作,推进人才资源高效整合的开发战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the research methods of literature study,investigation,expert interview and statistics,the paper presents the investigation of the current competitive sports talent resource in Hunan province.The research shows that the excellent competitive athletes,coaches and referees are not adequate and the structures of age and academic background are not appropriate.The paper proposes to reform the system,improve the systematic innovation,create good talent exploration environment,improve the allocation and guarantee system and the re-education of the excellent athletes,improve the cooperation and exchange of the excellent athletes and promote the effective and integrated talent exploration strategy.更多还原
