芳烃歧化装置综合节能技术及其应用研究
Study on Integrated Energy-saving Technology and Its Application of Arene Disproportionation Plant
【摘要】 综合采用夹点分析、能量衡算及火用分析等方法诊断出某大型芳烃歧化装置能量利用的薄弱环节。依据装置工况特点,以新型螺旋波纹管换热器取代原普通光管换热器,自行开发研制表面多孔U形高通量换热管替代传统结构再沸器,实现单体设备的高效化改造。在此基础上提出以反应器出料冷却系统与汽提塔进料系统进行能量交换的换热网络优化方案。
【Abstract】 Pinch analysis,energy balance calculation and exergy analysis have all been used in combination to diagnose heat exchanger network(HEN) of one large scale arene disproportionation plant.According to the performance of the single unit,replacing the existing tube heat exchanger with new corrugated tube heat exchanger and using sintered porous surface tube high-flux exchangers instead of the existing reboilers can evidently increase the energy efficency.On the basis of the single unit modification,a feasible retrofit scheme was put forward.
