【摘要】 结合军工涉密信息系统集成的特点分析,综合运用风险分析和风险控制等项目管理理论,探讨如何合理运用诸如工作-风险分解结构(WBS-RBS)、计划评审技术(PERT)、项目范围及变更控制等技术方法,通过对项目干系人、工作范围和工作进度等方面的控制,以实现对项目实施过程的有效管理,保障军工集成项目的顺利实施,并针对项目过程管理控制给出了一些有益的经验。更多还原
