【摘要】 目的比较氟保护漆与光固化窝沟封闭剂预防下颌年轻第一恒磨牙窝沟龋的临床效果。方法应用两种材料对72名儿童进行下颌第一恒磨牙同体对照封闭实验,左侧用氟保护漆,右侧用光固化窝沟封闭剂,于0.5年、1年、1.5年观察三次龋病发生情况。结果1.5年后左、右侧下颌第一恒磨牙龋病发病率均无统计学意义。结论氟保护漆与光固化窝沟封闭剂均有良好的防龋效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the caries-preventive effect between fluor protector and light cured pit and fissure sealant on mandibular first permanent molars pit and fissure caries.Methods: The first permanent molars in the mandibular of 72 children were treated respectively with fluor protector(left side) and light cured pit and fissure sealant(right side),and incidence of caries were examined respectively after 0.5、1 and 1.5 years.Results: No significant differences of incidence of caries were detected after1.5 years.Conclusion: Both fluor protector and light cured pit and fissure sealant have good clinical effect in caries-preventive.更多还原
