网络环境下我国三大类型图书馆数字参考咨询服务比较分析

【摘要】 随着社会信息化、数字化的不断前进,数字参考咨询服务也得到不断推广和迅速发展。本文主要结合我国三大类型图书馆的数字参考咨询服务的不同特点,从我国高校图书馆、科研图书馆、公共图书馆的数字参考咨询服务标识设定、参考信息源建设、数字参考咨询服务模式、内容及学科馆员推介服务等几个方面的开展状况进行详细考察和比较分析,目的在于找到适合中国数字参考咨询服务的方式、方法,找到我国数字参考咨询服务深化发展的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the progess of society on information and digitalization,digital reference service has been promoted and developed rapidly. According to the different characteristics of digital reference services in three major types of libraries of the country,that is,university libraries,research libraries and public libraries,the paper makes a comparative study on the tag setting in websites,information source building,DRS models,the contents of DRS as well as the push services of subject librarian,aiming at finding a suitable mode for domestic DRS.更多还原
