【Abstract】 Based on a systematical review of current study on the concept of Knowledge Services, the article points out that the ambiguity of the concept, has lead to a excessive debase on information services as well as deficiency of theoretical system. Finally, based on an investigation on the practice of Knowledge Services industry, the paper put forward a new approach of defining the concept of Knowledge Services.更多还原
