【Abstract】 In order to ensure the proper use of electronic resources for legitimate users, Tsinghua University Library and Network Research Center has established the electronic resources access management and control system. This paper first introduces the design concept and architecture of the system. Then introduces the system implementation and functional modules, it also describes the main technical problems and solutions encountered in the system development. Finally, it describes the effect and future development of the electronic resources access management and control system.更多还原
