【摘要】 研究型图书馆外文期刊采访工作在复合图书馆时期经历着巨大的变革,信息技术和出版技术的飞速发展,电子期刊的大量引进,读者需求的不断变化以及期刊经费的不足,使得外刊采访工作面临着巨大的机遇和挑战;调整馆藏发展规划,协调纸本期刊和电子期刊的发展,整合开放存取期刊,参加集团采购,建立联合馆藏走共建共享之路以及转变外刊采访馆员的角色等则成为应对挑战的重要举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 The digital age has enhanced and complicated the acquisition of foreign periodicals by research libraries. Information and publishing technology are making great progress, the number of e-journals is growing rapidly and patrons’ requests are changing, while the funding is limited. This paper offers solutions: revised planning for collection development, coordination of electronic and print journals, integration of OA journals, consortium subscription, and union collections. In effect, there is a need to rethink and redefine the role of the foreign periodicals acquisition librarian.更多还原
