用SAXS研究炭化温度对PANCF孔特征的影响
Effect of carbonization temperature on void characteristics of PANCF by SAXS
【摘要】 用SAXS研究了炭化温度(1100~1400℃)对PANCF孔特征的影响。结果表明,随着炭化温度的升高,孔洞半长轴(c值)约为2nm孔所占比例逐渐减小,由78.72%逐渐减小至66.64%,而c值约为5nm孔的所占比例逐渐增大,由20.39%逐步增大至32.91%,这可能是由于氮气的逸出和微晶数量的增加所致。随着炭化温度的升高,c值约为2nm和5nm孔的长径比逐渐增加。c值约为5nm孔的长径比最大,达4.65。而c值约为10nm和28~48nm较大孔的孔径逐渐减小且长径比也减小。随着炭化温度的升高,孔的取向角逐渐减小,由25.1°减小至18.9°。
【Abstract】 The void characteristics of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber carbonized at 1 100 ~ 1 400 ℃ were studied by SAXS.The results show that,as the carbonization temperature rises,the proportion of voids with semi-major axis c ≈ 2 nm gradually decreases from 78.72% to 66.64% ,while the proportion with c ≈ 5 nm gradually increases from 20.39% to 32.91% .This may be due to the escape of nitrogen and increase of crystallite.The c/a value while c ≈ 2 nm and 5nm increases with the rise of carbonization temperature,which reaches the summit at 4.65 with c ≈ 5 nm.However,the diameter of voids as well as the c/a value with c ≈ 10 nm and 28 ~ 48 nm decreases.And with the increase of carbonization temperature,the orient angle of voids decreases from 25.1° to 18.9°.
