【摘要】 为了解高校图书管理员主观幸福感状况,2009年5月对随机抽取的深圳5所高校的图书管理员200人进行了问卷调查。结果显示,高校图书管理员主观幸福感的总体水平处于中等稍偏上,倾向于满意的占35.7%,不满意的占34.2%,社会支持、人格、自我期望是高校图书管理员主观幸福感的重要影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the status of subjective well-being(SWB)of university librarians,total of 200 university librarians from 5 universities of Guangdong province sampled by stratified random sampling were surveyed by questionnaires.The results showed that the SWB of the university librarians was at upper middle level,35.7% of the librarians felt satisfied,34.2% dissatisfied.Social support,personality and self-expectations are the very influential factors of SWB of university librarians.更多还原
