【Abstract】 Taking electronic reading room of Northwest A&F University Library as an example,and considering the problems like readers number decreasing and low utilization level and the lack of full-service of the library,this article analyzes the causes including the underestimation at the beginning of the reading room establishment and low hardware level of current computers and the utilization of campus networks,and proposes some countermeasures for these problems,such as,establishing network divisions management,expanding service contents,supplying special database services,and updating device level gradually.This article also discusses the possibility of applying free services.更多还原
