【Abstract】 Trough the practice of reform in Zhejiang Library,the author sums up the library staff assessment methods.Namely,a set of basic examination procedures;two appraisal content: common content,personalized content;three kinds of calculation methods: integral method,comparative method,the weighted method;four assessment principles: rules and regulations as the criterion,implement the rules as a supplement,the actual performance-focused,daily assessment as the starting point;and points out that assessment would also like to note that the scientific nature of rules and regulations and establish the necessary feedback mechanism.更多还原
