知识服务与图书馆组织结构变革
Knowledge Service and the Organizational Structure Change of Library
【摘要】 本文从分析知识服务的内涵和特点入手,指出了知识服务对图书馆组织结构变革的影响,探讨了图书馆组织结构变革的目标和思路,进而提出了相应的组织结构模式。
【Abstract】 tarting with the characteristics of knowledge service,this paper points out the influence of knowledge service on organizational structure of library,explores the principle and design of changing library organizational structure,and puts forward rational proposals on organi-zational structure.
