【摘要】 以碳酸二甲酯(DMC)为羰基化试剂与3,5,5-三甲基己醇(TMH)酯交换合成了3,5,5-三甲基己基碳酸酯(TMHC),考察了催化剂种类、物料配比、反应温度以及时间等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,甲醇钠(CH3ONa)具有较好的催化活性和选择性,最佳工艺条件为:常压,反应温度为140℃,反应时间为5 h,n(DMC):n(TMH)=1∶1。在催化剂用量为原料总质量1%的条件下,目标产物收率为58.3%,选择性为73.3%。

【Abstract】 A transesterification process for synthesis of di-3,5,5-trimethylhexyl carbonate from dimethyl carbonate and 3,5,5-trimethylhexyl(TMH) was studied.The influences of kinds of catalysts,ratio of reactants,reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated.The results showed that sodium methoxides(CH3ONa) exhibited high activity and selectivity for the reaction,and opti-mum conditions were obtained as follows: ambient pressure,DMC/TMH mole ratio of 1:1,reaction temperature of 140 ℃,and reac-tion time of 5 h.Under the optimum conditions,TMHC yield and selectivity were 58.3% and 73.3 %,respectively.
