百两金细胞毒活性成分研究
Cytotoxic Constituents from the Root of Ardisia crispa
【摘要】 利用色谱技术从百两金Ardisia Crispa根的65%乙醇溶液中分离得到四个黄酮类化合物,根据理化性质和光谱数据分别鉴定为汉黄芩素(wogonin,1),千层纸素(oroxylin A,2),汉黄芩苷(wogonoside,3)和黄芩苷(ba-icalin,4)。四个化合物均为首次从该属植物中得到,其中化合物3对肝癌细胞Bel-7402具有较强的细胞毒活性,IC50为7.64μg/mL。
【Abstract】 Four flavonoids were isolated from the root of Ardisia crispa.by using chromatographic techniques and their structures were identified as wogonin(1),oroxylin A(2),wogonoside(3),and baicalin(4)by chemical evidence and spectral analysis.All of them were isolated from the genus Ardisia for the first time,and compound 3 exhibited strong cytotoxicity against Bel-7402 cell with IC50 value of 7.64 μg/mL.
