索塔节段足尺试验及其全过程仿真分析
Test and full-process simulation analysis of the full-scale model of cable support tower segment
【摘要】 为研究湖州市南太湖斜拉桥索塔的受力特征和应力分布规律,取其具有代表性的节段进行足尺模型试验;同时运用有限元软件ABAQUS建立计算模型,准确地模拟索塔节段的预应力体系、斜向加载以及边界约束条件,并用"生死单元"进行试验全过程的仿真分析。计算结果和试验结果吻合程度较好,表明单节段足尺试验方案可靠;索塔配置U形预应力束,在各个区域可较好地抵消斜拉索索力的效应,索塔整体处于受压状态且受力基本均匀;对于4500kN的工作索力,长边和短边均处于弹性工作状态,索塔具有较大的抗裂安全系数。
【Abstract】 The test of full-scale model of cable support tower segment of Nantaihu cable-stayed bridge was completed to reveal stress characteristics and stress distribution.With the help of ABAQUS software,three-dimensional simulation model of the support tower segment was established.The prestressed system,oblique load and boundary constraints of the tower were accurately simulated.In addition,"element birth and death" was used to simulate full-process of the test.It was shown that there are quite good agreements between test results and calculated values.U-shaped prestressed tendons offset the effect of oblique load,so the whole tower are stressed uniformly and in pressured state.When the tower work under 4500kN oblique load,both long side and short side are in elastic state and the tower has a large anti-cracking safety factor.
