重复荷载作用下受腐蚀CFRP钢筋混凝土柱的试验研究

【摘要】 对以不同加固方式的CFRP钢筋混凝土腐蚀柱进行重复荷载试验研究,比较加固方式对腐蚀防护的影响,以及加固方式和加载模式对构件力学性能的影响。试验中采用轴压、弯曲、扭转的分别组合和共同作用,来模拟多维低周疲劳荷载。研究结果表明,粘贴CFRP片材在改善构件力学性能的同时,能够有效阻隔氧气和腐蚀性介质的侵入,具有优异的防腐效果。CFRP加固方式对构件的腐蚀防护和力学性能尤其是耐久性能具有重要的影响。

【Abstract】 An experimental study was performed to examine CFRP wraps for corrosion protection and strengthening of RC (reinforced concrete) columns under repeated loading.11 RC specimens were strengthened with two different wrapping schemes before corrosion initiation.Loads included axial pressure,with bending and torsion applied either separately or together to simulate the complex low-fatigue loading.Results indicated that the CFRP sheets were efficient in protecting RC columns from corrosion.It was found that the corrosion degree was related to the areas of CFRP wraps,while the fatigue life and the ductility of specimens were strongly contingent to wrapping scheme and corrosion damage.
